Capital Choice Counselling Group is a well established counselling company consisting of over 30 experienced, professional therapists.

We are registered psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, pastoral counsellors, and occupational therapists, all of whom have advanced graduate training. We average 12 years of counselling work, including individual, couple and family therapy. We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients arrive at solutions for personal, couple, family and workplace issues within a brief therapy framework. We can get the job done.
